Wedding Car Hire – Terms & Conditions


  1. Booking Deposit
    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure and confirm your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  2. Balance Payment
    The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to the wedding date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  3. Changes to Bookings
    Any amendments or changes to your booking must be requested and confirmed in writing. Additional charges may apply where changes result in additional time, mileage, vehicles or pick-up locations.
  4. Hire Duration
    Standard wedding car hire is for up to 3 hours. One-way hire is for up to 1.5 hours. If additional time or extra pick-up locations are required, an additional charge of £50 per 30 minutes, per car will apply. Any additional charges will be agreed with you in advance where possible.
  5. Ribbons & Decorations
    Please note that, in the event of rain or adverse weather conditions, ribbons may not be able to be used on the vehicles. This is because the dye from the ribbons can stain or damage the paintwork. The decision not to use ribbons will be made by the driver/company based on the weather conditions and the protection of the vehicle.
  6. Customer Conduct
    Abusive, threatening, aggressive or excessively rude behaviour towards our drivers will not be tolerated. If such behaviour occurs, the driver reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately. In these circumstances, no refund will be provided.
  7. Child Car Seats
    Where a child requires a car seat, it is the customer's responsibility to provide a suitable, legally compliant car seat and ensure it is correctly fitted.
  8. Smoking
    Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
  9. Vehicle Breakdown
    In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange an alternative vehicle to complete your booking. If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement vehicle, a refund will be issued. The amount of any refund will be determined according to the service that was unable to be provided.
  10. Cancellation Policy
  • If you cancel your booking more than 8 weeks before the wedding date, your non-refundable deposit will be retained.
  • If you cancel your booking within 8 weeks of the wedding date, 50% of the total booking fee will be payable.
  • If you cancel your booking within 6 weeks of the wedding date, 100% of the total booking fee will be payable.

By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
